Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the HopIn website, passenger application, driver application and related services operated by Osmancoo LLC.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using HopIn, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. Do not use the services if you do not agree.

2. Platform role

HopIn provides technology designed to help connect passengers and drivers. Specific transportation arrangements, driver status and legal responsibilities may vary by market and applicable law.

3. Account responsibilities

Users must provide accurate information, keep account credentials secure, and promptly notify HopIn of unauthorized access. Users are responsible for activity occurring through their accounts.

4. Passenger responsibilities

Passengers must submit accurate pickup and destination details, behave lawfully and respectfully, avoid unsafe conduct, and pay all applicable ride charges.

5. Driver responsibilities

Drivers must maintain all licenses, approvals, insurance, vehicle documentation and other requirements applicable in their operating location. Drivers must provide safe, lawful and professional service.

6. Payments and cancellations

Initial service may use cash payments. Prices, cancellation rules and other charges may be displayed or communicated through the platform. Users are responsible for agreed charges associated with completed or cancelled trips.

7. Prohibited conduct

• Using the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or dangerous activity.
• Harassing, threatening or discriminating against another person.
• Interfering with the platform, attempting unauthorized access, or misusing another person's account.
• Submitting false information or impersonating another person.

8. Availability and changes

Services may not be available in every location or at all times. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.

9. Disclaimers

The platform is provided on an “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, availability of drivers, specific trip times or error-free service.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Osmancoo LLC and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

11. Termination

We may restrict or terminate access for violations of these Terms, safety concerns, fraud, legal requirements or misuse of the platform.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the revised Terms are posted constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
