This Privacy Policy explains how Osmancoo LLC, operating the HopIn platform (“HopIn,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), may collect, use, disclose and protect information when users access our websites, passenger applications, driver applications and related services.

- Account information, such as name, telephone number, email address and profile details.
- Driver information, such as identification, licensing, vehicle and onboarding information.
- Trip information, including pickup and destination details, route information, ride status and transaction records.
- Location information, including precise device location when required to provide ride-related features and permitted by the user.
- Device and technical information, such as device type, operating system, app version, IP address and diagnostic data.
- Communications with customer support and feedback submitted to us.
2. How we may use information

3. Location data
HopIn may request permission to access location data while the app is in use, and for driver functionality may request background location where necessary to support active trip and availability features. Users can control location permissions in their device settings, but disabling them may prevent important features from working.
4. Payments
Initial HopIn services may use cash payments. If electronic payment services are introduced, payment information may be processed by authorized third-party providers under their own privacy practices.
5. When information may be shared
We may share limited information with passengers, drivers, technology and hosting providers, professional advisers, authorities where legally required, and parties involved in a business transfer. We do not sell personal information for money.
6. Data retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the services, meet legal and operational requirements, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and protect users.
7. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards. No internet or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. User choices and requests

9. Children
HopIn is not intended for independent use by children who are not legally permitted to enter into service agreements. A parent, guardian or authorized adult should arrange transportation for minors where required by law.

Because HopIn may operate in more than one country, information may be processed in locations where we or our service providers operate, subject to applicable legal safeguards.
